Shipping & Returns

Most items are ready to ship and will be listed in the description.  Ready to ship items will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase.  If you purchase a made to order item, please allow for 8-10 days after purchase for shipping, as these items are made with just as much love in our one-woman show.  All items in a single order will ship together, including made to order and custom items. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a full refund within 10 days of the date your package was delivered.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in it's original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.  

Made-to-order items, sale items, custom orders and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.  If you are unsure if an item is eligible for return, please use the contact form before purchase.
